Home made jam - made with real wild fruit

We always try to avoid sugary foods. 🍩🍭🍬 And with discipline and practice, over time, managed to do a pretty good job in keeping our processed sugars intake to a minumum. 💪

But, we’ll be honest with you. 
We are only humans and we also get sweet tooth at times. 😊

Anyhow, whenever this happens we always choose low sugar spreads & jams over store brands. And preferably made with fresh wild fruits and no preservatives.

One of our all time favorites is the bilberry jam we used to eat in Transylvania.
