Our healthy and happy journey began when we fully understood that the key is to have a balanced lifestyle and to listen and love your body.

We started to:

💚 cook more often
💚 limit processed food
💚 eat more fruits and vegetables
💚 change our mindset and understand that food is medicine, energy and life
💚 enjoy the food that we eat and to eat intentionally
💚 exercise daily and/or take walks in nature
💚 love ourselves and be grateful for what we have
