Our healthy living journey began when we fully understood that the KEY is to love your body, to listen to it and to start having a balanced lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle is all about positive choices for your physical, mental and emotional self. You just need to make the time to grow and develop a healthier mindset, for yourself and for your loved ones.

We started to:

💚 cook more often
💚 limit processed food
💚 eat more fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables
💚 change our mindset and understand that food is medicine, energy and life
💚 enjoy the food that we eat and to eat intentionally, not as 
💚 exercise daily and/or take walks in nature
💚 love ourselves and be grateful for what we have
